
Raytown’s 14th annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony will be held in downtown Raytown Friday, December 2 from 6-8 p.m.
Festivities will start in front of Fox’s Drugs at 63rd and Raytown Road with holiday music by Raytown South High school Cardinal chorale, Raytown High school camerata and St. Regis academy. Santa will arrive to flip the switch for holiday lights. Follow Santa to winter wonderland at Raytown water company, 10017 e 63rd St. visit with Santa and enjoy cookies and cider. Music by Raytown community band. The first 150 children will receive a gift from Santa. Hop on a hayride around downtown and sing carols. Hot chocolate and a REAP donation collection at Bella B’s restaurant 6225 Blue Ridge Blvd.
